When will my credit card be charged?
An Acknowledgement email will be sent to you once you’ve placed your order – this does not mean your credit card has been charged. You will receive an Order in Progress email to notify you that your credit card has been charged and your order has been processed.

What do you charge for delivery?

How will I know that my gift has been delivered?
A Delivery Notification email will be sent to you to confirm delivery. If you would like to check the status of your order, please call or email us with your order number.

What happens if no one is available to accept the gift delivery?
A door tag with all essential information will be left after each failed delivery attempt. Up to three attempts will be made to deliver your gift. Your recipient may call the phone number on the door tag at any time to schedule pick-up. If your recipient has not contacted our delivery service and a third attempt has failed, the wine or wine gift basket will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.

* Someone over 21 years of age must be available to sign for the wine delivery. We suggest sending your gift to your recipient’s corporate location if you feel that no one will be home during business hours.

Will my gift be delayed during inclement weather?
Winter delays can be caused by road closures or air travel delays during severe weather. Unfortunately, delays during inclement weather are out of our control. We apologize for the inconvenience that these delays cause. We watch the weather closely and will resume delivery as soon as conditions permit.

Can I cancel and receive a refund for my order?
To request a cancellation, call the Wine Gift Express Concierge Department at 1-877-486-8686 as soon as possible. You may ask your recipients to refuse your gift if it’s in transit. Once the gift is returned to us, you will be issued a refund, less the original shipping fee, return shipping charges and restock fee. If your gift has not been sent out, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

* We suggest expedited delivery during hot/cold weather to ensure the quality of the wine.

We act as your agent in purchasing and securing delivery of your gift in accordance with applicable law. Void where prohibited. Minors are forbidden by law to receive or send liquor, beer or wine.
